English Teacher Forum of Lumajang held Outbound & Gathering again at Thursday, 11/21/2023 in tourism place Gunung Tambuh Pasirian, Lumajang. This agenda attended by ETF member aims to refresh all the member after they have trained about “Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka”.
This Outbound & Gathering today has a theme “WorkTogether in Harmony”. Because in this season there are many new member, so the committee of ETF hope all of the member to be loyal and get solid each other to solving the problem.
This Outbound & Gathering start at 8 a.m. opened by the instructor, all the member have warmed up all the body. The instructor choose one of member randomly to be a leader, then the leader made warming up exercise and pleased to choose other member randomly again to be another leader. It was until fourth changed. Another warm up are 8421 Gymnastic (tepuk semangat) , Traffic Light Clap (focus test), grab the ball (uji ketangkasan), catching fish game (cap cip cup jari), Halo Halo Bandung (crossing clap while sing Halo Halo Bandung), Fruity Song (singing Watermelon/group, papaya/group, banana/group, tomato/group random), Grouping + group yell-yell ( make yell-yell). Finally, there were 4 groups they were Group Unyu Unyu, Group Mamuce, Group Endel, Group Gak Bahaya Ta?. I was in group “Gak Bahaya Ta?”.
After that, we have divided into 4 groups, and continued to the first game that was distribute the small ball using stick from the front row until back row. Then jumping board game, that was step on the board and distribute the board to the member group from back row to the front row. After that Flying bottle, that was a fulfill bottle stand on the plate and all the member group had work together to moved it into the bucket. And the last game water relay, that was distribute the water from the front row into the bottle in back row using a plate.
Praise be to the god, our group “Gak Bahaya Ta?” was the winner. We have collected many scores from the first until the last game. The Outbound & Gathering has closed at 11.30 am by ISHOMA.
